Commercial Sales Support Administrator
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join the Air Partner Paris sales team.
Working in a team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient administration
service and sales support to the Commercial Jet team.
Key accountabilities will include:
Assisting the sales team in generating new clients:
- Identifying potential sales opportunities through desk research
- Marketing pack production and mailing
- Post mailing follow up calls
- Assisting the sales team with appointment setting and travel arrangements
Sales support administration:
- Updating the Air Partner system with client and prospect information
- Liaising with the marketing department on Commercial Jet marketing material
stock.
Other responsibilities to include:
- Supporting the sales team when out of the office through call handling
- Responding to new enquiries with initial information
- Assisting and liaising with the marketing department on projects and events
Ideally you will have a proven background in administration with experience in the customer
service industry. You will be highly motivated with excellent communication skills and
exceptional attention to detail. Previous experience within a sales environment would be
beneficial for this role.
